Welcome to The Event Rental Guys. By booking or renting any equipment or services from our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Rental Agreement

By submitting a rental request or completing a booking, you agree to rent equipment from The Event Rental Guys for the dates and purposes specified in your order. All equipment remains the property of The Event Rental Guys and is to be returned in the condition it was delivered.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Final balance is due before or upon delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may vary depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup windows will be scheduled in advance. Clients must ensure access to the venue during those times.
Extra fees may apply for deliveries outside standard hours, for difficult access (stairs, long carries, etc.), or last-minute changes.
The client is responsible for ensuring all rented items are ready for pickup at the agreed time.

5. Responsibility for Equipment

The client assumes full responsibility for all rented items during the rental period.
Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be billed at replacement or repair cost.
Equipment should be kept secure and protected from weather, theft, or misuse.

6. Liability

The Event Rental Guys is not liable for injury, property damage, or other claims arising from the use of rental equipment.
The client agrees to use all rented items safely and in accordance with their intended use.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that proper permits, if required, are obtained for tents or other structures.

7. SMS Communication

By submitting your phone number through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your rental inquiry or booking.

These messages may include quotes, delivery updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
We do not share or sell your phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing.
Messaging frequency may vary.
